Eco Council

Welcome to Our Eco Council! 🌍🌿

At our school, we are proud to have a dedicated Eco Council made up of passionate and environmentally conscious pupils from Year 1 to Year 6. Every class has a voice, and our council members work together to lead the way in making our school a greener, more sustainable place.

Our Eco Councillors are true ambassadors for the environment. They meet regularly to discuss eco-friendly ideas, plan initiatives, and raise awareness across the school community. Whether it's reducing waste, saving energy, protecting wildlife, or encouraging others to care for our planet, our Eco Council is always ready to take action.

Together, we're making a difference—one small step at a time!

Cobble Hey Farm Trip

🌱🐐 Our KS2 Eco Councillors recently enjoyed an amazing trip to Cobble Hey Farm, where they experienced life on a working farm and deepened their connection with nature πŸŒΎπŸ“.

During their visit, the children had the opportunity to feed and care for a variety of animals, including holding small animals 🐰 and bottle-feeding adorable goats and lambs πŸΌπŸ‘.

They explored the beautiful surroundings πŸƒ, learning about the importance of caring for the environment and the role farms play in sustainable living 🌍. As a hands-on highlight, they each planted their own lettuce seeds πŸ₯¬—bringing home not just great memories, but a growing reminder of the day 🌞.

It was a fun, educational experience that truly inspired our young eco-ambassadors! πŸ’šπŸŒΏ
