Norbreck Primary Academy continues to work towards full compliance with all DfE statutory website requirements for maintained schools and academies. A scheduled review of all website content has been undertaken to ensure information is accurate, up to date, and accessible to parents, carers, and stakeholders.

Key checks completed include:

• Statutory Policies: Required policies are published, current, and dated with clear review cycles.
• Curriculum Information: Subject overviews, progression documents, and enrichment details are available and reflect current practice.
• Governance Information: Trustee and governor details, governance structure, and financial information (including meeting attendance and pecuniary interests) are appropriately displayed.
• Safeguarding Compliance: The Safeguarding Statement, KCSIE updates, and key contacts are clearly presented and easily accessible.
• Pupil Premium & Sports Premium: Strategy documents and impact statements are updated in line with statutory deadlines.
• SEND Information Report: Fully meets the SEND Code of Practice expectations and provides clear support pathways for families.

Further minor updates are planned ahead of the summer term to maintain compliance and improve navigation and accessibility. The website remains under regular review to ensure ongoing adherence to statutory requirements.
