My name is Mark Warwick. I am the Chair of Governors at Norbreck Primary Academy and I am extremely happy and proud to say that my two children are currently pupils at Norbreck.
I joined as a Governor in 2011 and have supported the leadership team over the last 9 years. This has included the transition of the school to Academy status and also through the successful Ofsted inspections in 2014 and 2019. I have now taken on the role of Chair of Governors and appreciate the pivotal role the governing body has in contributing to the effective running of academy. I therefore look forward to working in partnership with the Management Team to ensure the further success.
The governing body formally meet 6 times a year and work closely with the Head Teacher and leadership team to ensure the very best education, development and well-being of all the children. If you have any questions or queries, the governing body and I are happy to help and can be contacted via the school office.
