Welcome to the Norbreck Primary Academy PTFA!
All parents are welcome to attend PTFA events and come along to committee meetings. We value your help and time to help us raise money to support and enhance the education and learning of the children of Norbreck Primary Academy.
Over the years, fund raising has included year a wellington boot store fro Reception pay area (£2500), play leader vests (£475), costumes (£80), football kit (£170), soft furnishings for the library (£256), blinds in the hall (£1400) and a sizeable donation to our ICT provision (£6500). For the last two years all fund raising has gone towards our astro true area for the playground. This amounted to £6500 in 2012-13 and £6000 in 2013-14. With contributions from other sources, the money for this has now been raised.

Norbreck Christmas Market Thursday 26th November 6-8pm
This is a popular event. The main hall will be full of local stall holders selling unique gifts. The PTFA hold a Christmas café in the community hall so you can enjoy refreshments whilst you shop. Tickets are £1 for adults. Accompanied children are free. Tickets are available on the door.
Manchester Markets trip Saturday 28th November 9am
We ran this successful trip for the first time last year. We managed to fill a coach, have fun and also raise some money for school. The Coach will depart promptly from school at 9am. We have decided to have extra shopping time this year so we have booked the return coach for 6pm. Manchester Markets is a huge event and is a perfect day out. All seats are £10. Accompanied children are welcome.
We have changed the venue and time for this year’s Christmas Party! Our family party is a great evening out where Norbreck families can socialise and the children can enjoy a disco and a visit from Santa. Our Party will be held at Norcross Social Club on 13th December from 4-7pm. All tickets are £5 and include a disco, a cooked meal and a treat from Santa for all of the children. We will also hold our very popular tombola’s during the party.
We hope the change of venue and time will appeal to everyone. The catering will be provided by Chubby’s Catering (who provided the fantastic quality meal at our spring social)
Letters and texts will be sent out in plenty of time with further details nearer the time. We really look forward to seeing you at these events. Thank you for your continued support.
